Early this morning, some users experienced intermittent issues accessing Accelerate courses. The cause of this behavior has been identified and addressed, and users should no longer be experiencing any issues. Content Management System
The instability that was impacting user access to Accelerate’s Message Center and lesson content rendered from the CMS was resolved as of approx. 11 AM PST. We have been closely monitoring system performance over the last several hours and can confirm that no additional performance issues have been encountered.
Accelerate is investigating issues that are currently impacting some users trying to access Message Center and/or lesson pages rendered from the Accelerate Content Management System (CMS).
