We are troubleshooting reports of slow system response users who are experiencing sluggishness and/or receiving errors when performing various tasks within the system over the last 15-20 minutes. Early this morning, some users experienced intermittent issues accessing Accelerate courses. The cause of this behavior has been identified and addressed, and users should no longer be experiencing any issues. Please reach out to us via https://support.accelerate.education if you have any additional questions.

The Buzz platform is fully operational again and users should not experience any ongoing issues.
- Buzz Platform Slowness and Intermittent Errors
We are troubleshooting reports of slow system response and errors from multiple users who are experiencing sluggishness and/or receiving a ‘ClientNetworkError’ when performing various tasks within the system.

Buzz has restored performance to their LMS and users should be able to login and access the platform at this time.
